Relax by the water and enjoy your own peaceful escape on the Tobique River. Ideal for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature.

Book all three glamping tents and enjoy Tobique Traditions with your family or group. You'll have the glamping retreat to yourselves, making it perfect for reconnecting, relaxing and spending time together by the river.

How Private Booking Works

1. Complete the booking request form below.

2. We will confirm availability.

3. An invoice will be sent to you by email.

4. Payment is required to secure your reservation.

5. Once payment is received, your stay is officially booked!

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or reserve your dates. Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid booking requests may be released.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Weather conditions are part of the glamping experience and do not qualify for a refund unless Tobique Traditions determines that the accommodation cannot safely be occupied.

Guest Responsibilities

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask that guests respect our property, natural surroundings and fellow guests.

Maximum occupancy is 3 guests per glamping tent and 4 guests at Isla's Butterfly. Pets are only permitted at Isla's Butterfly.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are permitted overnight. Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please leave the property and accommodations in a respectful condition and follow all posted safety guidelines.
