Our Glamping tents

Important information

There are 3 tents by the river, The River Retreat, the Deer Den and the Birdhouse.  Each is nestled in the trees with their own private deck and walkway to the river.  There are 2 shared bathrooms.  The first is full bathroom with shower in the office by the parking lot.  The other is near the tents.  One side has an incineration toilet, with sink.  The other side is a full shower.

• Queen Bed and bedding

• Stove top percolator and coffee

• Towels and face cloths

• 2 Beach Towels for the relaxing in the river.

• Shared bathroom with shower.

• First Aid Kit in the shared bathroom

• Fire Extinguisher

• Solar powered inverter to charge your small devices.  Bring your plug in chargers.

• Hand pulled wagon to transport your goods to your site

• Private deck and walkway to the river

• Salt and Pepper, oil and coffee.

Use of kayaks//tubes or canoes with life jackets.  There is a current in front of the tents, so you will need to arrange for pick up or drop off at an extra charge, if needed.

What should I bring?

• Appropriate footwear as you will have to walk down a short hill to your site.  A hand pulled wagon will be provided.  There will be a sign to help you and you will be sent instructions.  If you text us (506) 425-9137 or (506) 426-7682, we can help transport your items with our golf cart.

• Your clothes, plan for cool evenings as the tents are not heated

• Jacket for evenings, hat and sunglasses

• Light pants and long sleeve clothing

• Water shoes (so that you can enjoy the Tobique river!)

• Swimsuit for swimming in the river

• All food and beverages

• Cooler with ice (it's preferable if it has a latch to keep it closed)

• Sunscreen and aloe

• Bug spray 

• Downloaded music and a small speaker

• Chargers (you will have a solar powered inverter)

• Any medications your may need.

If you have any special requests, please send them by e-mail prior to your arrival and it can be added to your bill.
